MANOA ALERT!!!

I was at a sales call yesterday in Manoa.  The neighbors down the street had a truck pull up to their house last week and clean it out.   This is common these days and there are ways for you and your neighbors to prevent this.  Go to your neighbors and agree that if one of you is moving or having a truck delivery you will let the other know.  If they see a truck in your driveway and haven’t been notified that you were expecting it, they have your permission to call you to verify it is legitimate.   Just this little action can save the heart break of coming home to find your house empty and all your beloved valuables gone forever.  Even better, call us and have a first class burglar alarm system installed in your home on Oahu.   Guru

Can you believe it…..?

Home invasions in Hawaii by burglars!  Wow!  It took the beating of an 80 yr. old woman and a guy who is still unconscious for it to hit the front page of the paper.  Fact is, it is happening all over the island.  One of the guru’s new customers had burglars cut a screen door and walk right by them as they slept in the living room in front of the tv.  They are now thanking God they didn’t wake up!   They had us install the alarm system that week.  You can do something about this by installing a good burglar alarm system in your home.   Preferably one that you can turn on at night while sleeping (even in front of the tv).  Just ask anyone who has had this happen to them…did they regret not having a security system?  You bet they did!  For just about the same cost of that big screen tv you bought or the vacation you took….remember?    Guru

TURN IT ON!

Many people have purchased alarm systems that no longer work. I know, I know it is very frustrating sometimes to deal with the problems. However…right now in Hawaii you really, really, really need to be using your system in the face of the increased burglaries, home invasions and night time prowling going on. Call your alarm company and have them fix your system or upgrade it for you so you are using it daily. If you need a new system, call us at 734-4374 and we will give you a bid for one.
NOTHING will give you greater regrets than having an alarm system, leaving it off and getting ripped off. You will never forgive yourself.
