ABOUT OUR COMPANY
In Hawaii the customers has a choice today between the larger companies on the islands and several smaller companies such as Security One, Inc. There are pros and cons for both choices.
We of course, being one of the smaller companies, believe that we have more to offer a customer because our services are much more personal. It is simply not possible for a customer to be someone special in a company with thousands of subscribers to their services and central station. Our smaller (but growing) company will see to it that you are never “clerked” and neglected. You can always reach a top level person in the company with your complaints. We never increase our monitoring fees. You will never be just an account number to Security One, Inc. You will always have our full attention. Ask us for a list of references who can assure you that we keep our agreements, show up on time and never make silly excuses. If we mess up, we admit it and move on to giving you what you want and deserve as our customer.
All security equipment on the market today is pretty much equal in features and benefits. We probably have access to more lines of equipment than many companies and install pretty much the same equipment as the larger company. If you have equipment quoted you by another company that you think you might prefer to what we offer, just ask us for a bid for the same equipment. Chances are good that we can provide it at a competitive price.
We do more than just burglar and fire alarm systems. We offer a full range of cameras, intercoms, access systems, phone systems, sound systems, automation systems and central vacuum systems. We can put together a package of systems to meet your needs and budget.
